engine paint code/color

engine paint code/color
Hi. I recently purchased a 1950 Merc pickup with original drivetrain. I am trying to find the engine paint color or a source to obtain the cream or tan color for the engine.
The serial plate reads:
Engine code OOE 445
Model MD 83
Paint 38
Trim 16
Serial MD83H5012582
The body tag reads:
Dag 50-117
6384
The original color under the dash is a light green, the interior appears to have always been saddle brown.
Any engine paint info would be appreciated.
