Help! 06 Explorer wont start

Help! 06 Explorer wont start
Drove my explorer thurs, ran fine went to start yesterday and acts like battery is dead, but isnt (lights, raido, heat fans run fine) although my panel with spedomitor etc wont light up at all and there is no dinging noise when i turn the key any ideas would be great

If you have lights, etc, but no panel power, you probably have a blown fuse, either under the hood, or in the fuse panel. The panel covers have a list of what each fuse protects, in most cases. That should give you a clue where to start.
I use a test light to test fuses. That saves a lot of time.
