Carefull pulling the DPF off. I got mine off for awhile and it was a pain in the *** to get it back on in one piece. I even broke the plastic insert on the pressure sending unit, little superglue and epoxy and luckly it's still holding.

One of the techs here had a problem truck, he later found a leaking gasket, very minor but big results in lost performance.

Prob be a good spot to ask....he would know exactlly how they are supposed to run
