well i was there for about 3 hrs when i went and some of the locals seem to spend alot of time there in the warmer weather. so i would guess yes i never saw any signs posting it

My one time at Haspen was first and last. I was on a quad and the big trucks have the right of way haha a little too rough for my riding desires. Don't like the unorganization, no wonder they have people killed there every year. Be safe if you go. Be kind to the quads!!!
