6" lift question HELP!

well we are in the process of putting a 6" superlift suspension lift on my truck (front springs and rear blocks) truck is a 2001 F350 SRW 4x4. The problem that we are running into is that we got the front springs on and nothing else is connected. the axle is fully lowered and is not supported and it seems like the springs are forward 2-3 inches. Is this normal? Will the springs move back once the weight is put on. Also we disconnected the front driveshaft and the driveshaft will not connect now with the axle unsupported. will the front driveshaft bolt back up once the axle is loaded up with the truck on it?? thanks in advance!

Are the springs on backwards? I am not sure, but I think there is a front and a back.

Shackles are in the back, so as the spring compresses it will move up and back slightly. Not sure if you'll get 2-3 inches out of it though.

And if those springs have military wraps (double wrap on one end), it goes in front.

Some spring do shift the center pin forward some to improve tire clearance with the fenders.

When you have weight on it, the tire will go back.

Do the shocks bolt up right now or no?

On rare occurances, you do need to lengthen the front drive shaft with a 6" lift.
