Need help identifying PCV & MAF Sensor

As you guessed I am a beginner when it comes to working on my Expy. But because of this site it has made it very easy to seem like an expert. I have read all the threads when it comes to the PCV & MAF sensor but I am still unsure exactly where they are. The reason that I am asking is because my 01" 5.4L is throwing the infamous P0174/P0171 codes (Bank 1/2 to lean) After reading all the threads I have decided to start w/cleaning the MAF 1st w/brake cleaner and then checking for that elbow that connects to the PCV. I'm just unsure where exactly the MAF is and where to spray when I find it and where exactly the PCV is so I can check the elbow that tends to break. So if someone could take a picture of both and point them out that would be awesome. Thanks this forum rocks!!

The MAF is located inline with the air filter housing. There is a platic pipe coming from your PCV (located in the middle of the passenger's side valve cover). The part that usually goes south is where this pipe bends around to join up with the rear of your throttle body.

The PCV valve is about 6" stright back behind the oil filler tube, it fits into in the valve cover.

Thanks for the replies. Is the MAF the part that plugs into the top of the air intake coming from the air filter? and if so do I take that out and then spray that off?

If your expy is similar to mine, the MAF sensor is located inside the air cleaner outlet. The two wire sensor that is in the duct is the air temperature sensor.

Here's a great link I found and used, it's probably the same as the '01 setup.
http://www.azda.com/ford/ - show's the location of the PCV valve and other info.
Good luck!
