I had issues with the Radiator like everyone else, but that was just the crimping, it's not like the truck took a dump. And I learned that they will hold their own, and run like champs with no coolant.
Got a oil pump (gearotor)? oil leak, but that was an issue i heard with the seal/gasket.
had mine since july. Traded a 2001 7.3 for this 6.4. I feel that it performs just as well as my 7.3. However not as good fuel mileage but hey I only have 5000 miles on it. My 7.3 didnt get its best fuel mileage until it had about 10,000 on it. As far as ride, comfort, starting, quietness.... hell there just is no comparison. Very happy so far.
Best SD iv'e owned so far period.
13,000 miles and counting.
My Truck is a job 1 built in March
Pros Cons
Performace is amazing
Ride is great
Interior is holding up great
Power train is holding up great
Fuel milage is a little low in the stock form
Problems: I have had one warranty repair which was a banjo fitting on a fuel line that had a bad seal, ford dealer repaired it in one day.

Same here, built in April, It has been sitting most of the winter in the Garage looking clean with my Firehawk. Have been taking it out once a week. Running the heck out of our Ecape. Itching for clean roads and to tow again. No problems at all just all enjoyment driving.

Reason: spelling
I have a job 1 with about 6,000 miles on it, I did have to have the radiator replaced but that was a couple of days and before that and after that it runs great. I love my truck.
