Try jumping the starter to see if its in working order, as mentioned.

Don't over look the possibility of a bad battery. I've seen batteries so bad, that you could not jump them or charge them enough to start the engine. I had this happen to a battery that I even measured 12V with a multimeter, but it turned out to have a dead cell in it. Also make sure all your electrical connections are clean and tight including grounds.

Load test the battery and see. That is always a great possibility. Autozone will do the test, or if you simply have a carbon pile tester....

Perhaps a wire broke or was not connected.

Btw, These trucks don't have computers (aka: BRAIN BOX)
That was part of the EEC ignition system

You were correct calling it the ignition module ....which is exactly what it is.

The Pickup module in the distributor is also prone to heat and breaking down.

I would start looking at the obvious stuff...like connections

Q: If it was running okay already why did you relplace so many parts ?

Also, Please put th topic in the title

Words like "Help" mean nothing as we are already here to help

It's better that a descriptive title be made

ie: No start ...then no crank condition .
