As a landlord I`ml lucky most of the time, there`s some awful stories about willful damages. It`s one thing to look after your own home but totally another when repairs are needed because of abuse.

I didnt know you rented out a house Morris thats pretty cool, where abouts is that place?

Sherm you might need to get another job so you will be able to buy my poor ol boat lol.

One rental house is next door to me and another one is on the other farm closer to Saskatoon.

the boat is already paid for prep... no worries.

plumbing is all fixed... all is well, no leaks.............yet.......

Lack of use was our problem with the boat we had so it got traded if for a 75 Mustang II MachI a long time ago.
