Replacing passenger side mirror

My passenger side on my 2000 Ex is broken and I need to replace it. I will probably replace the whole assembly (cover and glass). The original mirror is a power heated mirror but it is not the type that can telescope out for towing. Do any of you know how to replace it? I would greatly appreciate any help!

All the nuts that hold it on should be accessible without removing the panel but you will have to remove the door panel to undo the wiring plugs.

Great instructions i wish I had them when I chabged my paddles out for the telescopic last month. Not to hard to figure out. It was really simple about 15 mins a side
