Speed rated tires?

All on road tires are speed rated. Speed rating is expressed in letter form.
The speed rating is usually next to the load index rating that is molded into the sidewall. A "Z" speed rating is the highest/fastest rating.

I think he meant (high) speed rated tires 
. Sorry, never had the need. High load rating, high traction, but speed isn't important in a truck tire to me.
But if you go to tirerack.com, you can search on a lot of different criteria (pretty sure size and speed rating) and find what's available.

If you have the 265/75 R16 tire size like my Excursion does, the tire with the highest speed rating I could find were the Pirelli Scorpion ATRs which have a speed rating of S or up to 112.
