460 build up
I have about 3,000 miles on it because when I finished it school started and so I couldn't drive at much as I wanted. Plus, once winter got here I had no choice but to put it away because it would spin the tires at an idle (650 rpms in gear) at a stop sign or stop light. To answer your question.........YES, very noisy when cold. When I first started driving it, I thought something was very wrong because it almost sounds like a rod knock, but the warmer the motor got the quieter the noise was until it pretty much disappeared all together when it was at normal operating temperature. I didn't know that, but luckily a friend of mine (licensed ASE certified master mechanic) told me about that. He listened to it and knew right away that that was the reason.
