I helped a friend put a late model 460 into an E250 Van. Engine runs like poo poo. My friend made the injection harness himself. He tells me the 460 is batch fire. I thought all Fords were SEFI. Does anyone know for sure?
Wellll.. Not ALL fords are SEFI.. some are carburated!
My best advice would be to stick with the harness that came with that model engine... Best of luck to ya.

Like Dustin mentioned, I believe the 460 is/was batch fire but I think it went up to the year 94? From what I understand, if the PCM is located on the inner Fender it's SEFI. If it's on the distributor it's batch for the 460. Could someone else clarify this? Also, the exclusion to this would be the California and New York equipped 460's. They where also MAF equipped rather than SD.
