THE INBOARD RETENTION NUT USED TO MAINTAIN HUB BEARING ASSEMBLY CAN LOOSEN RESULTING IN AN ABS LIGHT INDICATION, NOISE, AND/OR WHEEL SEPARATION.
Consequence:
WHEEL SEPARATION CAN RESULT IN A VEHICLE CRASH.
Remedy:

Unfortunately it depends on where NAPA got their part from. It will say on the assembly itself. You can try to contact either NAPA or Federal-Mogul for more clarification. People say they've been very helpful.
