E-brake brackets?????

E-brake brackets?????
I have a 51 F-1. I am trying to finish up my E-brake hookup but I think there should be some brackets close to the yoke where the two rear cables join. Both of these brackets are missing. I will need to try to fab them or buy them. To fab them I need to know what they should look like or I need to find out where to buy them. Thanks for your help.

The reason I have that picture is someone on the flathead forum wanted the shoulder bolt that the pivot turns on. It wasn't available 4 yrs ago, so I doubt it is now.
Anyone who is junking a frame on an F-1 or F-2 should have one, post up on the Classifieds, watch eBay too.
