5.4L V-8 here - like everyone probably knows that, I seem to be one of the biggest 5.4L cheerleaders - 30,000 miles on it, she's never been back to the dealership for any warranty work.
Regrets?
First, I replaced a 1995 F-150 SC 4x4. I got a truck with twice the capability, yet gets about the same fuel economy. Why did I wait to get this truck?
A 4.10 differential probably would match my needs a little better. I am still considering changing the ring and pinion gears.
I voted 6.0 because that's what I drive now, but I also own a F150 with a 5.4 in it that my son drives and it's got 150,000 on it with no major problems.
