random engine stalling 1990 F150 302 auto
This has been occurring over the past 18 months- engine quits randomly, suddenly, and without warning. EEC IV w/ TFI type distributor. All the following has been done: new TFI module, internal dist. module, IAC valve, connector to TFI module, cap/rotor/wires/plugs, and I have unplugged and checked every connector I can touch. When engine quits, it has no fire. It may start again immediately or it may take several minutes. This problem has NEVER triggered the check engine light or thrown a code. At wits end here,friends, I hope someone can help me with this. This truck only has 98,000 on it and is otherwise in great shape, hate to junk it, but i can't trust it.

issue may be retired...replaced the ignition supressor resistor located in the large harness bundle between engine and left fenderwell connectors. engine has not quit in over two weeks as of this post. thanks for replies.
