There are no error code wires to hook up. Being a '99 model it's got OBD-2,and has a DLC(data link connector) that OBD-2 compliant code readers connect to. The connector is usually found right near your right knee under the dash.

Bob, Welcome to the site. As JL said it will be OBII compliant. You could just run the motor home by most any parts store and they will be happy to bring a hand held reader out and check for any codes for you...FREE. What a deal.
Curious, what kind of motorhome is it that you have built on a F-550 truck?

Hi and thanks for your help. My motor home is a holiday rambler the model is a vacationer. Yes it would be a OBII I just didn’t no what to call it. I have looked under the dash on the left side and cant find it .I thought maybe some one would have a motor home that could tell me ware to look. I feel it miss at around 50MPH in the foot feed and steering wheel. Only has about 36000 miles on it but it a 1999 . I have changed the spark plugs. And Fuel filter. Chang the Transmission filter and fluid. Thanks Bob

The DLC connector is just to the left of the steering column. the plug is hard to see because it is turned sideways .
When changing your plugs did you replace the boots and use oem plugs ?
Also you may have a cop going bad.

Welcome to FTE, Bob!!

I'll go with FortyFords on the coil(s) being bad. You will not get a code most of the time and it saves time to go to your dealer and let them run a diagnostic on the engine. Those boots from the factory are made of sorry rubber that hardens and flakes, causing "spark leak" which is actually going to ground.
