rotted out bracket- need help
on my 97 Explorer, right above the spare tire on the left hand side are 2 black boxes with hoses attached. looks like gas line. possibly related to emissions. the bracket that holds boxes in place is rotted out. the boxes just rest on top of spare tire and bounce around. what is this bracket called? does Ford still sell it? anyone have a spare one? thanks for any help.

dont know what you got for tools, but if you go to local hardware store you can probablyl get a 2 inch wide steel strap 1/8 inch thick, cut with a hacksaw and drill a couple mounting holes.--- or take it off and take to local body shop that does steel work, have them cut and bend a simple bracket for you.
