Engine keeps quiting

Got a problem that Im haveing a hard time figureing out. The truck was brought back from the dead. Sat for about three years. Have replaced the fuel pumps in both the tanks and the high pressure inline pump. Fuel tanks were cleaned of rust the best I could but the fuel filter kept clogging so I put in a new rear gas tank and that's all i've been running on since. The other day it started skipping then quite cold and would not restart. Cooled overnight then it would start fine but when it warmed up it started to skip a bit then it got to the point it would not take any throttle and just quite and would not start again. I figured at this point it was an ignition problem. Changed the ignition module and coil but it still will not start and stay running. I am getting a a good spark to the plugs. The high press pump spools up when I go to start it and the fuel tank pump is running. Seems im getting gas. I messed up and pulled the battery terminals off to charge the batterey so I guess I lost the error codes. Seems im getting gas, ignition and the timing was right before it started acting up. Can any one suggest what I should do next other than take a 12guage to it. Thanks Steve
