No, not without adapter plates, which I don't think are ok on a 3/4 ton truck.
The offset is wrong and 18" wheels will hit your front leaf springs and 17"
will hit your front tie rod end.
I found a great deal on some from an 08 for my '99 and had to pass on them because they really were not the right thing to do for such a heavy truck.
