My 97 is running perfect. A couple weeks ago we had the springs all rearched and new bushings installed. Also an extra leaf on each of the back ones. tire wear problem fixed! It's always been a great runner with way more power than I had any use for. It's all stock except for the big air filter I put on myself. 22 mpg highway with any 4x4 is exceptional to me but out of a diesel with 4.10 gears is just outstanding so no complaints here. 270,000 miles on it so far.
My new to me 94 club cab powerstroke 4x4 is getting there. I've only had it 2 days and it takes a while to unscrew all the stuff the dealer and other garages have done to it. At least it will drive in a straight line now and start right up when I ask it too. It's got 160,000 miles so far.
The stroker runs great! Just passed 203k miles. 4" lift, 35" BFGoodrich AT's, 16x10 Eagle Alloys 186, Fender Flares, and visor coming once I get a final price!
Well, mine will be TRG as soon as I put it back together.
Rog
ditto on the "will be" part! we got a lot of issues, but i think i know what they all are and how to fix them now, much thanks to all the wisdom (and patience!) around here yall are the best
once past that...then on to the bigger and better things i'm plotting, and we'll be more than "trg"!
TRG also, When I got her stock four years ago it could hardly pull a VW bug. Now it will pull 15K 5er 35' 3 slides no problem. Short list is adrenaline and dominator, look out trans!!
