Does anybody Know why Auto Meter doesnt make a mechanical temp gauge to fit in a 460 intake x) . On the ones ive seen the fittings are larger than the one on my 460. Is there any where else to put the sending unit or is there a gauge that fits that I havent seen. If so where.
Thanks

I have one on mine and the sending unit screwed right in to the Edlebrock Performer RPM Manifold. There are two access holes at the front of the manifold; I used the second for the stock guage sending unit.
I can't remember what a stock manifold is like but I'd think there had to be a provision for factory gauge sending units. My factory gauge sending unit (originally for a 351W) is identical to that used on the Autometer gauge.
Is your gauge mechanical? What size are the two fittings that screw into the intake and hold the sending unit? Also what series is your gauge, size, part #, and where did you get it?
Thanks
