First I would attempt to take the paint of the vehicle that hit you. Use a paint cleaner, polish, etc. If you can get the paint back to where it is acceptable to you, call around for a paintless dent repair shop. This will save you some coin. Find a good one and they can pop that dent out to almost perfect.

Doesn't look like there's too much creasing or stretching of the metal, you might try taking off the wheel well liner and seeing if you can sneak your hand back in there and just pop it out. Or maybe go through the cargo compartment and take the panel off and see if you can get to it that way. Anyway, it looks like a little pressure from the back should be able to pop that out pretty easy.

Keep an eye open for vehicles of that color where you park and if you come accross one look for damage on theirs that match, then kick their butt for hitting you and not telling you. That always makes me feel better.

I found a product called dent king, i think that is the name, at Pep Boys. It consists of a hot glue gun and a pulley looking thing. I took out a lot of little dings and dents from my truck and other friends of mine. It is well worth the $20 bucks. My wife rubbed up against a bollard at Mcd's and it really helped pull the dent out.
