Headliner Recomendations.
DRY FIT FIRST, I ended up trimming a little off the back tabs so the panels went by the edge of the cab a little easier, you also have to allow room for the covering as it will make the seams between panels and the edges fit alot more snug. My kit is back panel with left and right corners, headliner with left and right corners that fit on sides of the back window. Everything fit easily when uncovered and when I installed the back panel and first corners (covered)it went in snug with a little effort but was a good tight fit.
When I took the dry fitted roof panel out, one of the side tabs snapped off (heat welded plastic). So be careful...so much for $200.00 worth of plastic!
I ended up re-glueing and put a couple of 1\8" rivets on it to keep it secure.
The roof panel needs two people (easier), you hold it up and put one edge over door in place, then the other door, then slide it forward to meet the front edge over the windshield...snugs right in, the back edge (on my 54) fits under the back glass rubber.
I'm not an expert, just stayed at a Holliday Inn Express last night!
and asked alot of questions of folks on this site.
hope this helps some.

On the serious side I have no clue what it was that I was doing wrong but I got the liner installed the other night in about 20 minutes. I will need some trimming before I have it covered but it did as advertised . Installed pretty quick and looks good. Again thanks to all for the help. Bing
