Eletric Turbo?
Burning up some gray matter today thinking how I could make my truck faster and I got to thinking about a eletric turbo. Any one ever heare of eletric turbos? Sounds like a good idea.

GE diesel locomotives use electricity to spin up the turbo fast. It is only to cut the lag; once they spin up the power is cut.
I would imagine it would take quite a bit of power. I don't know how much exactly, but I'm sure it's at least 10s of horses.

How about this. Plug a power inverter into your cigarett lighter plug a eletric leaf blower into that hook up duct work from the leaf blower to your intake and add the wallmart bag over your head mod! I would bet you would get 100 HP!

2 gas leaf blowers in series mounted on top of the cab, ducted through the hood to the intake. SWEET!!!!!!!!!

ya I got an electric turbo on my quad Bought it from JCWhitney it was like 100-150 bucks I think.not made to run all the time! I burn mine out real fast but replaced the electric motor with one from a 12v vac that my buddy run over LOL!
