Throttle body spacer??

Hi guys before i spend the near 100 dollars on a TBS I wanted to know if i should just save it and put it towards gas. Anyone with one or has had one if you noticed a little power gain or mpg differance any input would be appreciated

Thanks guys im trying to find a shop locally that can do a custom program like ive read some have had done like they mentioned mainly for the tranny shiftpoints and the pressures.
