hybrid tune boost?

wide open around 35 psi and it hit 40 once?

That is really high if you still have stock head bolts then you probably are getting close if you already havent to stretchin them and blowing head gaskets. To the floor max, i am in the high 20's

Your overboosting.. Check all CAC tubes for tightness... Regardless the Hybrid Race shouldn't have you boosting over 30lbs..
