Vortex Classic Exhaust
Want to make the truck sound better and try to give it a little better MPG. I am considering the Vortex Classic System found at

What do you all think about this system....I know there are better ones but this one is in price range...help me make up my mind

lol, anyhow, are you wanting a dual exhaust? I had a true dual setup installed without mufflers for similar pricing. your cats will muffle the sound well enough, and you'll have a nice throaty tone at any rpm.

I am looking for the best bang for my dollar giving me the best sound possible.Do you think I should go with a dual system?
I am going to do something in the nexr week or so.

40 series Flowmaster single in dual out sounds good on my truck. Muffler # 430402 Local muffler shop provided/installed it with dual tailpipes and stainless tips for $269 out the door.

flowmasters sound great. they allow you to gain some horsepower and torque without losing all of your backpressure. I've had flowmasters in most every vehicle i've had. none of them chevys. so what model chevy do you have stephen? lol
