2004 Ford F-250 4x4 Super Duty Super Cab...XLT
Your weights will be listed on then sticker on the door jamb inside your drivers door. I have a 04 regular cab long box 4x4 and can carry 2800 and change, a supercab will be two or three hundred pounds less because the are heavier. Edmonds.com has all the specs if you research.
coolmc11 - GVW means Gross Vehicle Weight. Fred is correct in saying that all that information is listed on the stick in the door jamb.
I've got that same truck (F250 4x4 XLT Super Duty Supercab) but it's a 99 model and my GVW is like 8800 pounds or something. GVW isn't necessarily how much you can haul, but I think it's how much your truck weighs...but I'm not for certain. I just know that I dodged the special emissions inspection for my state becuz my truck is over a certain weight limit.
Sorry if I'm rambling...another good place to check might be the owners manual...not trying to be-little your or anything...that's usually where I have to go to find me stuff.
GVW is vehicle weight plus your load hauled. My truck is an 03 lariat 4x4 super cab long bed, and my GVW is 8,800. To find your hauling capacities, you could look in the manual or take you curb weight and minus it from your GVW. Your curb weight , is the weight of your truck with you in it and whatever you regularly carry. mine is around 6000 pounds depending what I had for lunch.
