water filter

is a water filter a good idea on a 6.0 diesel? mine does not have one and someone told me that I need the filter .

Ask the question in the 6.0 PSD forum. Some owners there have them and can give you an honest evaluation.

The short answer is "yes", the coolant filter is a very good idea on the 6.0...
