f250 help!
Yesterday we were on our way to biloxi in our 2002 F-250 and the oil pressure gauge started to swing between mid point and 0 so I pulled over. It was not running hot and sounded normal. After a few minutes we started back up and went about 3 miles normal and it started again. This time when we slowed down to pull off it had an odd dragging sound from the right side of the engine. I pulled into Wally World and got an oil change kit and 5 min flush. I flushed the engine and changed out with 5 quarts of 20-50 Penzoil and added a quart of rislone. Pressure stayed up and was ok all the way home until we slowed down and now engine is running very rough. Any ideas? And suggestions would be VERY appreciated. I just thought some gunk had stopped up the oil pump. Wife is a little bit slow on the oil changes.
