Easiest way is to remove the door glass.

Once the 3 glass is out the runners are easy to install.

The rubber along the bottom of the window has clips that require bending back or breaking off from inside the door.

Look closely at how the seals meet and fit together. The window run rubber just pushes into the bare channel. Getting the old rubber out is the hard part. You will have to take off the door panel and make sure you get all the old rubber out. Sometimes its brittle and breaks off in little pieces. Just make sure when you install the new rubber that they are fully seated into the channels. I use a wooden paint stick and a rubber mallet. Start at the top and push the rubber in firmly as you work down.
To me the whiskers are the hardest. Its real easy to scratch the paint when prying the old ones out. I put a couple of layers of masking tape down and use a wide bladed interior trim tool to pry them out. You can match the new ones to see where to pry. Sometimes the pop-in fasteners will break off and stay in the door. Take a pair of needle nose pliers and get these out. The new ones are a tight fit and are popped in place. Just work slow and make sure they are in the correct positions on the ends before you pop them in place. Again I use a the tip of a wooden paint stick to push in place.
I don't claim to be an expert on this. I have done a couple of my own trucks. Maybe someone else has some better tips.
I hope this will get you started. Just take your time and don't get frustrated, they will go back in place and make a huge difference.

4x4bart has it.. I just did mine, and it's a WORLD of difference! The old guides were rock hard, I had to 'chip' them out, and they were actually scratching up my glass.. My new channel slipped into the groove quite easily, and you need to know the the wiskers are side-of-the-door specific.. BEFORE you go to clip them in, eyeball the pins/holes- they only line up accurately one way.. It's not a hard job- I took about 30 minutes per door.. you don't have to raise the glass out of the door, you can gently set it in the bottom of the door out of the way while you work.. Good luck!

Take the screws out of the window crank, door handle, finger well ,then start at the bottom and gently pull.
If your lucky the clips will start popping loose but sometimes it takes very gentle persuasion with a wide bladed screw driver.
Take your time and work slowly and evenly going from side to side and from bottom to top.
They make a trim tool especially for this, It has a one inch wide blade with a deep vee-notch cut in the end that reduces the chance of damage. But hard to find.
It can be done with regular tools if you are gentle and pry only at the point where the clips go into the door.
If you break one the clips don't panic you can buy new clips.
If the panel breaks it can be glued on the back side with "Plastic Nails" (6oz tube from hardware store)
Caution: The speaker vents are very very easy to break and the top of the door panels is easy to break because it has been subjected to more sunlight and is brittle.
Hope this helps!
