Build sheet decode

I have 2 build sheets (both the same) for my 1979 Bronco that I would like to decode. Is there anything available that lists what the codes mean?

Right now I really want to know what original wheel it came with. The code says "B". Any thoughts? Thanks!

Yes, I will scan one and post. They are both the same. Funny thing is someone elses build sheet is also attached to mine.

Look under the seat between the foam and spring (on the trucks with bench). Other areas, behind the headliner, under the carpet, not sure where else it would be hiding.
