I believe the tsb # is 06-19-3... My was done under warranty so I have no clue what it may cost. Most shops have min 1 hr labor charge and rate of around 75 to 100 dollars hr.

I had my '06 Lariat Screw 5.4L flashed last year...it seemed to get rid of the lag but only lasted a week or so. I've got the K&N FIPK and Maggie SIDO but no Evo yet. I hope the Evo does eliminate the lag once and for all...

Well I may skip the reflash and go directly to the edge, any thoughts? seems like I would save a little over a hundred bucks on this fix by doing that(just my crazy way of thinking) I can then tell my wife how much money we saved.

well i would put that hundred dollars to the edge any day....imo i would rather spend the 100 on the edge rather than doing it at the dealer and then later buying the edge. Seems like a potential waste of money. Just rambling tho
