These are the most nasty spyware to get rid of..
Run both of those and see what that finds..
Don't worry they have never damaged a PC and I have used them many times.

yea so far ive gotten every thing i want off of it. im waiting for dell tech support right now, online chat to see what they recommend....witch i know there gonna try and sell me some new soft ware but its worth a shot.

Do not buy the software from Dell...If you want, I can call you tomorrow and try to help you through your mess..Dells support is misleading

thanks guys i'm back up and running. my brother helped me uninstall and reinstall
windows last night. i gave up at about 1am so im still down loading updates.
hopefully my screen relution will come back right now its 1024 X 7xx and it looks to big i know i had the next size up but ti only goes that high.....
and its pulsing the web page when i scroll? it doesnot scroll smooth.

yea that was the problem i did not have the right driver or audio driver installed .
now its back to it was pre spy ware attack. now i reinstalled web root spy sweeper and their firewall. they seem to do a good job . besides spybotS&D is there any more anti virus/ spy ware / mal ware programs that you guys recommend? to keep from letting this crap in in the first place?

My self I do not recommend Webroot....
