i have a zf-6 tranny with a southbend con ofe clutch(450hp-900ft lbs) i need to invest in a fass fuel system right now as it is but what turbo upgrade would ya'll suggest that can support up to roughly 450rwhp?
What turbo you running now? 450 can be had with a drop-in with injectors. Of course that is approaching the limits of a drop-in. After that, H2E or some of the stuff looming. Compounds???$$$$$$
yea u can bc the dfuser chip don't plug into the pcm....it plugs into the icp sensor and mapsensor and oil pressure sensure and regulates how much oil pressure is going to the injectors i have already talked the the guys at ts and the told that if i was going to stack any chip ontop of theres it would be dfusers bc it works best with theirs. i have already have 2 chips on my truck and jody told me as long as i did not plug it into the pcm then his flash would stay on there that is y i am going with another chip that plugs in under the hood
H2E turbo's i have heard are about the best, and can be modded if you want to grow. kinda pricey though. Ive also read good things about teh Turbonetics ceramic ball bearing as well, not sure on what its rated for hp wise though
i was thinking about putting compounds on it but i can not find anyone who offers a compound set-up for a 2000 powerstroke. if you could help me out here i would be very grateful

hey rampage do you think that if i buy the bwd towing compounds all the stock componants will stand up to the twins until i could get the rest or should i hold off and put them all on at once bc i am goin to have to buy them one at a time bc that **** ain't cheap
Headstuds are really important if you want to keep your head gaskets intact with those turbos. If it were me, I would get the supporting mods first then turbos and injectors last. You have to make a good foundation for 60+psi. I see that you have a 2000 model truck so you should have forged rods, but double check. A great person to talk to is Brain at Black Widow Diesel and tell him what your goals are, he would be a wealth of knowledge. He is a great guy, I've spoken with him a few times.
WTH would you put a dfuser on? Isn't their "18k Power Pack" or whatever it's called the 10k mod with a 18k resistor instead of a 10k??? You could do that for less than a buck if RS would sell the stupid resitors a singles instead of packs.
to date i have 2000 ford f-350 single wheel 7.3L powerstroke stock turbo, injectors, dual hpop, ts 6 postion chip(stock, 50, 75, 100, 125, 140+), southbend 450hp clutch, defuser 18k(85hp, 120ftlbs) edge evolution programmer always set on 100hp setting, isspro boost and pyro gauge, 4in dp to 4inexhaust up in to a set of 6in mitre cut stacks, homemade traction bars, leveling kit with a set of 35x12.50x16 pernelli jones dirt grips (bout bald bc of 75,000mi. on them), and i belive thats bout it but i am plannin on gettin rid of both chips and programmer already gor ts and edge sold and replacing them with a dp pcm reflash of 140hp aggressive, dfuser steriod-t power module(120hp, 250ftlbs), bwd towing compound turbo set up, fass fuel system and acouple other dodads to make it all work real well together and hopefully be turning out somewhere in the ball park of 500hp or so......how do you list what you have done to your truck on here where it will come up everytime u post somthing.
