There are no such codes 10 or 27 for your truck to start with.
32 says you have an open wire going to the EVP sensor.
96 says the fuel pump relay did not pink but you say you are driving it.
77 says you did not put your foot on the skinny pedal during the test.
Looking at the Ford's "Engine/Emissions-Diagnosis 1989 Shop Manual"
Under the truck 4.9 engine code listing the manual does not show a 27.
I would take that code reader back and get my money back.
Then get a paper clip and read the codes again.
Do not use a code reader on any 86-95 trucks.
If you do not know how to use the paper clip go to this URL: http://fordfuelinjection.com/?p=13

Meaning what? What should i look for?
It means that the voltage coming back to the EEC computer on the EVP sensor wire is below what the voltage could possibly be (maybe zero volts) unless you have an open circuit.
The open circuit could be a bad EVP sensor (open), broken wire or bad plug pin.
Umm, 96 could mean someone tested the fuel pump at the DCL. Been there, done that. Scared the crap outta me. I had no CEL before I ran the test, then started the truck and had a CEL. Just KNEW I blew something up tinkering. But, found out, by experimenting a LOT of times, that a 96 will be generated when the fuel pump test input is jumpered to run the pump. If your sooper dooper scanner that gives you codes that your truck cannot have, perhaps it runs a fuel pump test too. Dunno. Guaranteed, though, if you turn on the pump by bypassing the ECM, you WILL get a 96. Worked that way on both my 92 F-150, and my '86 'Bird.
