I wasn't thinking of Greg R, different truck, so I'm correct in what I'm talking about. I didn't know if Greg was around here or not buy yes I has a DOHC, I remember watchin the progress on his build a while back. The 351 isn't any different than a 302 swap. It mounts identical to a 302 aside from the deck height and width. You can even find manifolds from the junkyard that will fit. I did it at one point in time.

I know a 351 will bolt up the same as a 302 since they are both Windsor engines. I was just stating the obvious that the 351 is a little wider and that the same manifolds wouldn't work since the intake ports sit higher on the engine due to the higher deck. Hope you didn't think I was being a smart azz.....looking back at the post it kinda looks that way and thats not how I meant it. No offense intended.
