Claude, You are making great progress. You must be planning on wheel tubs in the bed. The wheels and stance look great!

49willard; I don't think I'll need tubs. But I'll have to add 3 or 4 inches to my width on the fenders. I think it will be low enough as it sits now with out lowering it any more. Thanks I like the stance to.

CHUCK; I looked for a while before I found them. I think with the chopped top, and being lower. and the wider back fenders it will look pretty good.

Rusty ,I remember putting the wheels on my project and setting the rolling chassis "off-the -jack-stands" onto terra-firma for the 1st time, I know how good it feels ,even if your arms are sore from all that wheel-polishing the day before!!..LoL
You have indeed passed a major point in your project! Congratulations!!! Now come the details! Looking Good! ,Keep us posted!!

Rusty -

That is really impressive. I always liked the look of IRS, but that setup is especially good looking. My bet is that it will ride exceptionally well.

I have the same slotted mags on my truck. I think I'll keep them.

RUSTY LOOKS AWESOME!! I am in the same mode with my F100 and am in agony trying to decide if I should put the 15'' radials I got for another project on it. They are 8'' wide. I like the big meats in the back. Wife said no more tire buying--so I guess I will have to wait till I can get away with it. I think your truck looks pretty darn nice!!! Bill

Looks good! How much clearance do the driveshafts have to the frame? It looks like the bumpstops are right above the shafts, shouldn't you remove them? (maybe you already have) BobbyT will buy them off you!

Thanks RJ; I sure like the wheels as well. And I think if I do my bed the way you did yours, plus add 3'' to the width of the fenders they will clear the fenders.(I hope)

Thanks doug51f1; I'm taking my time and doing the best I can on a budget. (small budget)

Thanks WALFORD'S 56; I like the wide on the back to, with the wider fenders it should work. My wife gives me a budget on my truck every month.(I sneak some money to. LOL) Some times I have to wait a few months to get something I want. But she never says anything. (I think the truck keeps me out of her hair)

Thanks ALBUQ F-1; I have about 3'' with no bump stops. I may end up having to notch my frame. Maybe with the double coils on both sides it will be ok.
