I am restoring a 1979 Bronco. It came with a so called EZ wiring harness that is not that easy. The harness did not come with any plugs to hook up anywhere. The problem i am having is that i dont know what position to hookup all the wires. Can anyone help me with finding a complete wiring schematic. I would apprechiate any help i can get.
You could either try searching for member Mil1ion , or post the same question in the 73-79 F-series forum.
Mil1ion and a few others like NumberDummy should have something you need.
Good luck with finding the info and the restortion.
Thats going to help out alot. that shows what wire goes to each plug but what i am trying to find out is where on each plug does that wire go. the harness wire colors i have does not match up with the factory colors
The EZ wire harness's wires should be marked with locations/circuits on the wires. Can you match the locations one at a time?
I went to the EZ harness website and it was useless.
I agree with Mil1ion, you should get a better wire harness at this point
it will save you a bunch of headaches.
Call EZ wiring and they should have your wiring diagram
Especially when you tell them some of your other friends are looking at using their product, but they are just waiting to see how you make out to see if it's worth it.
