Engine Swap Question

I have 1998 Ford F150 with 120,000 miles. The engine has recently died on me. I also have a 1995 Ford E250 econoline van.

Is it feasable to swap out the engine out of the van and into the truck?

any insight is appreciated.

Not for anyone not a very experienced mechanic because the stock engines in the E250 were not common to the truck. Not an economical alternative.

What size engine is in the truck?

No it wouldn't even be close unless they were putting modulars in econolines back then.
