what to replace?

I recently had my 2002 F-150 Screw 4x4 with a 5.4 hooked up to a code reader and it threw out the p1131 and p1132 codes. What whould I look to replace because of these codes and where will these parts be located on the trucks? Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

P1131 Ford Lack of (HO2S11) Switch Sensor Indicates Lean

P1132 Ford (HO2S11) not switching correctly. Sensor indicates rich.

Replace the upstream O2 sensor on the passenger side.

It's a real PITA to get to. Remove the right front wheel and inner liner for improved access.
