Thought I’d share this with you. This pic was at about 10am, I tried to take one at 7 when it was -30, but my phone was so cold the buttons on it wouldn’t work. Truck kicked first time on E-85, though the PS pump was none to happy about it.
Wow, -24* and 8 MPG..... Glad I don't see either of those numbers.
YA! So I don’t want to hear anyone whining about their MPG’s! Actually if you take into account it’s E-85, plus the cold weather, plus the extended idle times, plus 4 wheel drive use and the 600lbs in the bed, it’s not soo bad, but I only get 9.6 on gas so E-85 is the clear winner. Saves about $15 over 300ish miles. Though I only get 12 in the summer on gas.

what size tires are you on? I'm running 34.5s and still ain't that bad... are you still on the stock tune - that one isn't all that great for e85... if so, a programmer might really wake it up

Bone Stock. If you have any good ideas that won't void my warranty let me know cause I’d be lying if I said I haven’t thought about dumping it because it struggles to get 12 on a good day in town. Though it's done as well as 20.2 on back roads, so I know it has potential.

Nothing will void your warranty unless ford can prove that particular part would have directly damaged whatever you're trying to get warrantied. if you get a tuner and your spark plugs break (for example) they can't void your warranty; you're protected by the magnusson act.
try a real tuner first, something like an SCT Xcal2 / X3; or diablo predator; only 1 SCT tuner that i know of in the twin cities, but sct seems to be a bit more popular these days... should be able to get 1-2 mpg give or take and fix any problems you might be having in the stock tune. You'll always be able to return it to stock without much hassle.
the other best mpg mod is a lightweight foot, and cruise control whenever you can... I've got the mustang up to 28mpg and down to 6mpg... so really depends how you drive these mod motors
