While driving and I let off the Pedal, the turbo make a back wooosh, Dealer said he will have to take the turbos off and take them apart to clean them???
Ever heard of this? 85% city driving and 4K on it now.

No thats intresting. My truck makes the same sound. When your in it making over 30 PSI and you let off, the boost pressure has to go somewhere. Imo it would make some kind of a noise, at least mine has since i owned it.

Yup. Sounds just like mine. I hear mine more cuz I have an AFE cold air intake (less muffle to it ). Really sounds ugly if I shut it down during a regen.

Yep mines the same. Any problems with that Intake throwing the CEL yet?

I do get the CEL now & then. I just hook up the code reader and erase it (P2002).Filter is otherwise great. AFE is sending me the fix. Torque boost tube. I 4get the part#. We'll see.......

Well, i have not had good luck with the updates. Ended up taking mine off.
You can check some of the post on this issue. Seems like most people that have any exhaust upgades are having the most issues. Its good to erase the codes because it will also cause your truck to go into constiant regen.
I never took mine off cuz it's really only a minor inconvenience with the CEL. I do also have the MBRP "cool duals" on it too. That stock air box was showing restrictions whenever I hit it hard. Did it a couple of times B4 I went to the AFE and the filter was clean. I had about 10,000 miles on the truck when I switched. Seems to me that the CEL is the lesser of the 2 evils.
As far as I know, these turbos are non-servicable...
wow, what the hell do you suppose they're up to????? cleaning my turbos. The supervisor said, "the vanes or something needed cleaned"...sounded funny to me, but all I know it was doggy, poor.... or poorer mpg's and I DON'T REMEMBER THE BACK OFF WOOOSH when I first got it. I've heard the high pitched whistle wind down, but this aint that. Sounds like something isn't sealed, on the let off, but then how would it build boost, which it does.
