I'm willing to bet that doesn't happen, but you never know with business.

from what it sounds like they did to marty i would'nt even consider to do business with them. what do you think they will do to the product and to customers looking to purchase it if they stabbed him in the back. just sounds like a company to steer clear of all together in my opinion.

Plenty of other quality set-ups to choose from. No need to buy from Icon.

IMO you lay in the ditch you dig. I've always felt quality is #1, price #2, then other stuff like availability, backorder...stuff that really doesn't matter. After reading that post about the way Marty was treated, I have a new #1 - integrity.

People work hard for their money. Personally, I refuse to give it to someone that treats other people like trash. DR, or whatever they are called now, will never see a dime from me. I would not think twice about giving Marty a buck though, I'd do business with him any day of the week.

Never break the golden rule - Behave towards others as you hope they'll behave towards you.

As much as I would love to agree with you, that is some old school thinking and not many people still believe in it. I believe you need to stop hoping and start finding facts first. That is the way the world is today, at least in my eyes. Like you said people work hard for the money, so to make sure my money is going some place I think it should go I am not going to "hope" on anyone.

yeah .. they've already taken over and changed dr's site

http://www.donahoeracing.com/index.php

when ever i buy anything i thoroughly research it and compare, i agree that quality and integrity are #1....

makes you wonder how many of the original engineers stayed one ... as they're the ones that design and make the stuff .. otherwise its just a bunch of paper pushers..

i would say ... i'd like to see what they come up with ... but i'd still lean else were

Just an opinion, that's all. Others can certainly do whatever they want. I choose to treat others as I'd like to be treated. If people want to treat each other like garbage, go ahead. It certainly happens, I'm just stating I don't support people who do it. I sleep like baby at night though.

And I'm 34. Hopefully not too old...although some days I feel it LOL.
