What are park assist sensor part #'s?

What are park assist sensor part #'s?
I found a sensor that might work for a replacement for my 2001 lincoln navigator, but I am not sure what part numbers ford uses for them. The part number of the sensor that I found is listed as this:
4F23-15K859-AA / YL14-15K859-AB
Can somebody look this up and tell me if this is the same sensor as the ones that I have in my truck now? Are all of the sensors that are on my truck the same, but with different housings on them to fit into the bumper? I want to make sure this is the right part before I pull the trigger. Also, let me know if you can find some good deals on these sensors. I am having a pretty tough time finding them for a good price. Thanks!
