New pictures of my truck.

I took some better pictures after work today.

This is my traction up the hill. This tire weighs 350lbs.

After all the metal work on the truck box wheel wells rust on the 92 F250 I`m starting to be a real big fan of decks.....
Now for bondo with $$$ paint and like yes, a deck is sounding better and better all the time.....
For a work truck a deck is hard to beat.

the deck is just to keep it legal. The guy I bought it from had a 2000lb steel "shorty" loggers box on it. I didn't want to pay the extra gas to haul it about. So I removed it, and put the "temporary" deck on. I have all the steel I need to make a descent deck, but no access to a welder

I have a guy who wants to look at it Monday after work. I have an ad in the Buy & sell for $2200. I figure 4x what I paid for it, is a nice profit...

Now searching Craigslist for a Ranger or a mazda in my price range.

must be a solid rubber tire eh? a flatdeck has its moments where its useful but so do a box. i like the look of both, on this application a box might look better, but to each their own.

My last truck was a 1990 B2200, she had almost 400,000k on her when I sold her. She still runs like a top.

Not solid, but close. Its about 6" thick at the tread. Depending on what happens Monday (I have a guy that is gonna look at her). I might buy another box at http://Pick-a-Part.ca

What`s a used box go for there? Around here it`s $350 and up, mostly up for a box worth taking home.

$124.95 plus pst & gst (12% tax). If Don or Jim are in a good mood, and the box is dented then you can usually talk em down.

Wow, good deal!
Nothing like that around here unless Bucks have something that you take it off yourself. That`s very tuff to do carrying tools into a junk yard.
