Noisy door lock

Noisy frt rt door lock on a 98 Navigator. Any advise on how to re & re, and if it req's any specialty tools.

What's is sound like? Rattle when the door is closed and you are running down the road? Or is this when the door is opened or closed?

Noisy p/door lock

It only happens when locking the door. My guess is the plastic gears in that actuator has worn out, and i want to replace it before it stops working completely.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
