Wink frivolous post

Last week I took a run up the hill (2000' gain in 5 miles) to see what the trucks vitals were at 95mph near the top of that climb...
Here they are:EGT=938; Boost=11; Trans=129; H2O=192
Camara-phones are better at being phones...
Feel free to share your readings, ya' all!

Yup...95 at the top, and clicking the pic was as easy as pointing my finger at you for making fun of me . For the record, I was successfully driving at the time.
How you doing lately?? Long time no see you post!

I think it was the Frivolous part that got me lol

I didn't mean that what you was doing was stupid just that it reminded me of a commerical of people doing stupid things while driving .

I have in the past done the same thing but not taking a picture .
Do that pulling 18k up that hill and see what the readings are .That would be some good info but by no means take your hands off the wheel.
10 and 2 right ..... lol

tipp...
You can get on me about exhaust now too. I humble myself. Yesterday, I picked up a cat-delete "test" pipe because the price was too low to let it go. By the way, may I complement you on both of your girls? They are an attractive pair.

$35.00... Like new! The guy used it for a week before he decided to get a 4" turbo back system instead. Go figure?

Now these trucks were designed to pull, lets talk working numbers, not just cruising. Real world evidence, basicly stock 05', 6.0 PSD, 3.73's and TorqueShift, running Super Chips FlashPaq in Tow program, Tow/Haul engaged, pulling 16,000 pound fifth wheel, outside air temp well into the 90's, 8% grades (I-17 between Flagstaff and Phoenix both directions - South going there/North headed home), maintaining close to the posted speed limit ( yeah, WOT at times), EGT holding steady at 1150 while at WOT, water temp between 185 and 205, fan cycling as designed, transmission temp oscilating with water temp as expected, never over 190, A/C on. Me and Mama up front, three teenagers in the back seat, never drop below 10 mpg unless the wind is bad. God I love this truck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
